Street furniture and green spaces

We help city councils and urban services companies keep every element of the street inventoried and measured.

We combine mobile or fixed capture, our own perception software and a data platform to design the street furniture inventory system each city needs.

Trees segmented from the roof platform.

What we solve

Keeping the inventory and the digital twin up to date

Inventorying and updating in the same pass

A vehicle drives the street with the traffic and leaves bollards, benches, fences and street lights measured in 3D, with the record and condition of each element.

You know what you have, where and in what condition, and repeat the capture whenever you need.

Working on a digital twin of public space

3D model, maps and inventory in a single reference.

Every department works from the same information.

Knowing the condition of carriageways and pavements

Cracks, potholes and broken paving, measured and located on the map.

You repair sooner and reduce falls and claims.

Knowing every tree

Height, trunk diameter and crown of every tree, georeferenced.

You plan pruning and inspections on measured data.

Measuring pavement accessibility

Pavement width, dropped kerbs and pedestrian crossings.

You prioritise accessibility works with data for the whole city.

Managing maintenance and the contract

Keeping the history of every element

Technical record and log of every action taken.

You know what was done to each element and when.

Following incidents and the maintenance contract

Incidents, work, planning and closure, with cost forecasting.

You control the contract's deadlines and costs.

Reviewing what the system detects

The AI proposes each change of status and the team validates it.

Only what your team validates goes into the inventory.

Learning about vandalism and deterioration in time

Alerts from the street camera for vandalism, displacement or deterioration of furniture.

You repair sooner and lower replacement costs.

Your solution, made to measure

We design the inventory for your city: which elements, which attributes of each, how often capture is repeated and in which format it reaches your GIS.

01

Sensors chosen for each project

Cameras, LiDAR, radar or GNSS, new or the ones you already have: we choose the right ones for the case, mount them and calibrate them.

02

Our own software

Recognises every element of the street and measures it on the 3D model.

03

Data in your systems

Dashboards, alerts and APIs connected to the tools you already use.

To inventory public space we have our own platform, Seevia ATLAS.

Urban tree inventory from a vehicle

We fit a 360° LiDAR, a camera and RTK-corrected GNSS on a vehicle that drives with the traffic and, with Seevia ATLAS, we locate every tree and empty tree pit, measure its height, trunk and crown, and cross-check the result with the existing inventory to keep it up to date.

Questions

Which elements are inventoried?

Trees, benches, bollards, fences, bins, street lights, tree pits, pavements, dropped kerbs, crossings and the surface of carriageways and pavements, among others. We add the ones you need.

Does the street need closing?

No. Capture is done from a vehicle driving with normal traffic.

Does it integrate with our GIS?

Yes. It is delivered georeferenced and in formats municipal geographic information systems import.
