In the 3rd edition of the “Premios Inteligencia Artificial y Tecnologías Avanzadas 2024”, a competition organized by the Madrid City Council, Seevia has been recognized in the Smart Urban Waste Management category. This event aims to promote technological innovation and the application of disruptive solutions across various fields.

A Platform for Smart Waste Management
The winning proposal, “Seevia City – Smart Waste Management Platform”, introduces an AI-based system designed to tackle urban challenges related to waste accumulation outside containers.
The solution includes a network of Internet of Things (IoT) devices that enable monitoring and maintenance of urban infrastructure while optimizing waste collection services.
The collected data is transmitted to an operations center, where AI algorithms automatically analyze the scene. This intelligent analysis provides multiple functionalities, offering municipalities and urban waste collection services valuable insights into their environment.
